Who we are

Gatsbee is the trading name of GATSBEE LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17501638), with its registered office at 6 Wrights Lane, London W8 6TA, United Kingdom. GATSBEE LTD is the controller of the personal data you share on this website. Contact: jay@gatsbee.ai.

What we collect and why

When you request a demo we collect your name, work email, company, role, what you are interested in and, if you choose, your main retailers or channels. We use this only to reply to you and arrange the demo. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to your request.

Who we share it with

Form submissions are processed by Formspree, Inc. (United States) and stored in our email, provided by Gandi SAS (France). Our website host may also keep technical logs, such as IP addresses, for security. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Transfers outside the UK

Formspree stores data in the United States. Where your data is transferred outside the UK, we rely on the UK–US data bridge or standard data protection clauses approved by the UK Information Commissioner to protect it. Data held by Gandi stays in the European Union, which the UK recognises as providing adequate protection.

How long we keep it

We keep demo requests for up to 24 months, unless you become a client or ask us to delete them sooner.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by emailing jay@gatsbee.ai. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
